Russian stone-cutting art Shimansky Sergey
Shimansky Sergey Petrovich (born 1964) is a St. Petersburg stone-cutting artist, founder of the Creative Union of Stone-cutters of Russia.

He graduated from the Lviv School of Decorative and Applied Arts named after Ivan Trush, majoring in sculptor.
In early 2008, together with Vladimir Kononov, he founded the ShiK company (Shimansky and Kononov).
In early 2009, he moved to the reorganized Falkin Creative Studio.
Sergey Shimansky has been engaged in stone sculpture since 1991. His works have been repeatedly exhibited in museums and galleries in London, Paris, St. Petersburg and Moscow, some of them are on permanent display at the Moscow Kremlin Armory.
